The pomegranates are ready for picking. Some years, if they aren't sweet, we just leave them on the bush for the birds, or rats, and other varmints that come through the yard at nighttime.

Around Christmas the leaves on the bush all fall and all you see are the bright red globes.

I just signed on and went to MY FAVORITES, well, AOL has taken all of my favorites away now!!

 I do wonder if it is because I answered a survey from them about the service I had been given.

 I, of course, told the truth and said it had been POOR!

 Perhaps they are trying to get even..?

Hello today,

Well, another pretty day here. The leaves are really changing finally.

We are getting very cool in the nighttime. It is finally Fall!..

Thanksgiving will be at my sister and brother's home this year. Probably pretty quiet.

Our Friends Group will get together the first weekend of December.

Each year it is so very special to see good friends, and spend lots of time together.

Tonight

 Ronnie and I are going out for a quick hamburger, at In and Out, then to the movie theatre to see Amelia. I have heard both good and not good opinions. We'll see. Haven't been to the movies for a while.

 The new Twilight movie is premiering on Friday here and we don't want to be at the theatre then!

It will be so crowded! Will you be going H # 1, 2, or 3??

Two days more at school and then a week off for Thanksgiving Break..

Think I will go have a cup of tea and sew a while, since I don't have to fix dinner tonight.. ha ha!

Computer is better, AOL not so much yet...The Geek Squad I guess.

Still limping along computer wise...It is okay, I just have to think outside the box till I can get it fixed.

Today is Ronnie's first day back to work after his hernia surgery "time off".

I talked with him before lunch and he sounded great. Happy to be at work!

Last evening he picked a basketful of peppers, from the garden,

 and made Jalapeno Poppers for the guys at work.

The other day he took pictures of what he had accomplished working to put  the 32  back together.
He did get a lot done!

There is still a lot to do!

Hello all,

Well, I have been fooling around with aol, and this computer, all weekend  I think it is time for the Geek Squad! Don't know how long it will take to get to, so, I will limp along as we are for a little while. I can still get into aol through Google Chrome at this time, also Facebook and Blogger....If you need me and don't get answers from here try the teleeee! Perhaps I can get this in the week I am off???

It has been a nice weekend.
Ronnie goes back to the salt mines tomorrow.
He said he is happy to get back to work.
